It takes considerable practice to get from Chopsticks to Chopin, one which requires the guidance of an experienced teacher. We are not all meant to be concert pianists, but we can all learn to play and enjoy music-making, and continue pushing to the next level. The piano arguably has more great music written for it than any other instrument, as it can play just about anything. Whether your interests are in Classical, Jazz, popular styles or composing original music, we will work together toward these goals while building strong foundations in technique, reading, musicianship and music theory.
